Halloween is over but I still want to show you guys how I made my Selena inspired costume. It is easy but time consuming when it comes to putting the rhinestones.

You can use any type of black bra. Preferably a strapless bra but since I got mines last minute  I just got a regular bra and cut the straps off. For the bottom piece I ordered high waist leggings from Ebay (you can find them here) for $8.95 and free shipping . I bought the rhinestones from PaCatans and glue them using a small glue gun. 

I began gluing the clear rhinestones first to serve as my outline then I fill in the rest with the red rhinestones.
